Dirt Devil has always stood for straightforward, affordable cleaning — products that simply get the job done without unnecessary complexity or cost. For this OTT campaign promoting a new lineup of upright vacuums, the goal was to lean into that value proposition while keeping the brand’s energetic, playful personality front and center.
Rather than presenting affordability as a dry product claim, we built a concept around the idea of “Don’t Break the Bank.” The spot blends lifestyle moments, humor, and literal visual metaphors — including a tongue-in-cheek safe-cracking scenario — to reinforce the message that powerful cleaning shouldn’t require a premium price tag. The result is a campaign that feels fun and self-aware while still clearly demonstrating product performance and real-world usability.
Embark Media handled full-service production from concept through final delivery, including creative development, studio production, casting, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and finishing. Because the campaign was designed for broad distribution, the deliverables extended well beyond a single 30-second OTT commercial.
We produced platform-specific versions across CTV, OLV, and paid social channels, creating multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5), retailer-specific end cards for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and direct-to-consumer placements, plus optimized social cuts for Stories and Reels with safe-margin adjustments for mobile UI overlays. The result was a cohesive campaign ecosystem that preserved creative consistency while maximizing performance across platforms.
